A Frame of Mind Cabin rents two A-frame cabins in Upstate NY, one on Caroga Lake and one outside Saratoga Springs. When Chandra came to me she was listing through Airbnb and VRBO and losing a percentage of every booking to those platforms.
The site runs on Lodgify, which holds their calendars, rates, and reservations. Each cabin got its own page, but they share one booking flow underneath.
Guests book direct now, so the whole nightly rate stays with the owner. When the second property came along it dropped into the structure that was already there.
